SPECIFICATION

Although emerging food preservation technologies are rapidly developing, canning technology still holds a significant place in our daily lives. The more industrially advanced a country is, the higher the consumption of canned foods tends to be. In 2016, our company entered into a deep collaboration with the Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Initiated and produced by our company, with technical support provided by the Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, we have established a relatively independent, mature, and comprehensive production technology for the entire production line of canned orange segments. This includes processes from orange peeling, segment separation, weighing, visual inspection, to filling, labeling, boxing, and sealing.

The canned orange production line consists of equipment for initial grading of oranges, washing, blanching, peeling, acid and alkali washing, segment grading, de-seeding, visual inspection and sorting, rinsing and draining, weighing, can filling with juice, sealing, sterilization, cooling, and palletizing.
